Shipping costs & delivery times

Hearing aids are shipped to you free of charge. Hearing aid accessories are also free of shipping costs if the order value is at least 99€ in EU countries (499€ outside of EU Countries). Under an order value of 99€ shipping costs are 9,9€ (11,9€ outside of EU Countries).

Once our package has been handed over to our partner DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. In the e-mail is your shipment number (ID) and a link with which you can track the order.

For orders to third countries, we show VAT/taxes on the invoice.

Delivery times

We generally distinguish between hearing aids and accessories or spare parts.

For hearing aids, the delivery time is currently around 5-14 days business days, depending on the manufacturer and hearing aid model.

For accessories and spare parts, the delivery time is around 1-6 business days for shipping.

How do you receive your bill?

The invoice for your order we enclosed with your package. If you can no longer find the invoice, please feel free to contact our customer service at service@mysecondear.com. We will then also gladly send you the invoice by e-mail.
